TransParent Okanagan Support and Education Society (TPOK) is a registered non-profit society developed by and for parents and caregivers of trans, gender diverse, and two-spirit people in Kelowna and the Okanagan. We host monthly facilitated support meetings for parents, as well as family social events, guest speakers and learning events. We also moderate and maintain a closed Discord support group and advocate on behalf of families within the community, to local and federal politicians, in schools and with the school district board. We maintain a lending library of books, videos and other resources to support families. Please see our FAQ for more information.

We unfortunately are not a support group for trans people (unless they are also parents of trans youth); please see our resources pages for information on other options for support.
